My mother and I have been loyal customers of this salon for years and have always had positive experiences. However, our recent visit was disappointing. My mother was overcharged for French tip nails, despite opting for the standard white color. The salon refused to rectify the overcharge. During my own appointment for a full set of acrylic nails, I found the service to be unprofessional. A delightful individual with a charming setup. I would have preferred the option to clean off the acrylic dust from my hands before the nail polish application. The nail shape did not meet my expectations. Extremely pleased! I had a specific design in mind and they were prompt in accommodating my request. I am overjoyed with how they turned out and can't stop admiring them. Sam was incredibly patient with me and I deeply appreciate the time and attention they devoted to my nails. They even stayed an extra half hour after closing to complete them for me! I've been proudly displaying them to everyone since then.
