A delightful individual with a charming setup. I would have preferred the option to clean off the acrylic dust from my hands before the nail polish application. The nail shape did not meet my expectations. My mother and I have been loyal customers of this salon for years and have always had positive experiences. However, our recent visit was disappointing. My mother was overcharged for French tip nails, despite opting for the standard white color. The salon refused to rectify the overcharge. During my own appointment for a full set of acrylic nails, I found the service to be unprofessional. Unlike other salons in the area where you might wait for hours without an appointment, not here. The owner ensures customers are satisfied.
