Initially cordial until realizing I only wanted my acrylics removed. Taylor insisted I get a polish to strengthen my nails, to which I politely declined since I had an acrylic appointment the next day. She promptly suggested, "You know they can remove it for you," referring to my previous nail salon. I acknowledged this but mentioned that three nails had already fallen off, and I needed to head to work before my appointment. Without hesitation, she called for another technician to take over. Emma completed my "manicure" in a mere 3-5 minutes. Despite my prior call specifying I wanted a manicure without polish, they attempted to apply the strengthening nail polish, which I declined, explaining that I'd be getting acrylics the next day. In response, she remarked, "Just one day?" alluding to the brief period without nails.
I've frequented this nail studio for over two years now. Despite residing in Seattle, I don't mind the commute to this spot. The staff here are all skilled at their craft, but I've been exclusively served by Avery for the past half-year. I've grown quite fond of her work ethic and charming personality. She's truly the perfect match I've been seeking and more.
