I frequent this establishment for its ability to accommodate last-minute appointments and had a positive initial visit. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing, as I left with bleeding on two separate fingers after paying $20 to have my acrylics removed. The condition of my nails post-salon visit is unsatisfactory, leading me to not consider returning.
I visited for an SNS manicure and a standard pedicure. The $35 charge for the pedicure was reasonable. While the pedicure was satisfactory, I noticed a dent in my big toe nail upon leaving, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the manicure was executed flawlessly, and I have no complaints. Additionally, the kindness displayed by all staff members was greatly appreciated.
The staff here is welcoming and skilled, the salon exudes elegance and cleanliness, and my nails always look fantastic! Toucha's work on my latest set was exceptional, perfectly complementing my outfit for an upcoming event. I am genuinely delighted with the results, thank you! 🩵
