I've been a loyal customer here since day one. I even followed Missy from her previous salon because she is truly exceptional at coloring. Despite moving to southern Illinois, I still make the trip up north to see her. It's been nearly a decade now. I highly endorse her services. Laura
My colleagues rave about this place and their hair always looks fantastic. So, I booked an appointment with her since she speaks French and was already there, making it more convenient for me. I was given a specific time to arrive and the cost was stated as $55. I went in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry, the same services my coworkers had received just two days earlier. The haircut was the best I've ever had, but upon completion, the price was suddenly increased to $75. There was no difference in the length of our hair. It just feels like I was taken advantage of for not speaking the language.
