I traveled for over an hour to make it to my appointment on time. I patiently waited for my stylist, Taylor, who was busy with another client. After 45 minutes passed and she started prepping someone else for a hair wash, I questioned if I had misunderstood my 9 am appointment time. She simply mentioned she was running behind schedule. By 10:30 am, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I can't comment on her styling skills as I didn't get the chance to experience them. I won't be returning to this salon.

She is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She's very knowledgeable about hair care and doesn't keep you waiting for long. If you're in search of a great salon, definitely give them a try!
