My experience at Bella Nail Bar was exceptional. They offer water and wine for clients to enjoy during their pampering session. The staff always greet me warmly, and I eagerly anticipate my appointments. My nails are consistently done to perfection, thanks to my nail technician, Sam, who ensures my satisfaction before I leave. The pedicures are equally delightful, with comfortable massage chairs and various gel nail options. Since moving here, this is the only salon that has truly met my expectations. I plan on being a loyal customer for years to come.
During my visit to this salon while in Charlotte from Florida, I had a disappointing encounter with the nail technician. She excessively used the nail file, resulting in my nails being filed down to almost nothing. I had initially requested a French manicure with a nude base on my almond-shaped natural nails, but ended up with bright pink nails instead. I had to intervene to prevent further damage to my nails, which were left significantly shorter than when I arrived. It was a terrible experience, and I was shocked by the poor quality of service.
I truly regret my visit to this establishment. I opted for gel manicures on both my fingers and toes to celebrate my birthday. However, upon completion, I noticed gaps and fading in the nail polish. When I brought this up, the technician simply filed them down without addressing the issue. Disappointed, I returned to have them fixed, but only two nails were repainted, citing my short nails as the reason. This was unlike any experience I've had at other salons, as the polish chipped within a week. A complete waste of money.
