As a new patron, I clearly requested gel nails twice. Instead, I received a manicure and pedicure which totaled $73. The nail polish began peeling off on the third day. Additionally, the salon could have been more sanitary. The ambiance was not very welcoming.
I've been visiting this place for a few months now and plan to continue! I always see Alex who is very attentive and kind. The price is quite reasonable, especially since I get dipping powder with French tips for just 55, which also includes removing my previous set.
Completely absurd. We called in advance to schedule appointments for two pedicures and a manicure. They took us in for pedicures right away but made my sibling wait for an hour, refusing to accommodate her. One of the staff even suggested, "You can sit on your sibling's lap if you want." Unbelievable. I will not be returning here, and frankly, I'm appalled.
