What an incredible experience at the salon! The ambiance was so inviting, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The place was spotless and had just the right amount of buzz. Ashley worked wonders on my hair. After being let down by other local salons, I have finally discovered a trustworthy place. 1000 ⭐️'s!
I inquired about the cost of a cut, layer, and highlights over the phone. Emma provided me with an estimate based on my hair's length and color, totaling around 155.00 with the haircut included. To secure the appointment, I had to pay 77.50 upfront, with an additional charge of 77.50 expected on the day of the service. I scheduled with Terri, who did an outstanding job that I absolutely adore, and she conducted herself very professionally. However, upon reviewing my final bill of 218.00, which included a 25.00 tip, I noticed discrepancies. The receipt indicated full head highlights, although we only did a partial, resulting in an overcharge. When I raised this concern, the salon refused to rectify the error. Despite my attempts to address the issue after they reopened, I was informed that the haircut was not part of the initial quote, adding an extra 35.00 for toning, etc. It would have been appreciated if they had disclosed the potential for additional costs upfront, especially during these challenging times. The unexpected high bill came as quite a shock. Despite my efforts to seek a resolution, all I received was an apology. For those facing financial difficulties, be aware that the actual cost may differ from the initial quote.
Took my grandson to this salon, and Jay was his stylist. She did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job, and his hair turned out absolutely STUNNING! Jay truly listened to our preferences and delivered exceptional results. If you're looking for a fantastic stylist, make sure to visit her!
