The salon operates with only two employees, leading to long wait times. Tracy's impatience is evident, and the nail technician's work was subpar with crooked nails and uneven polish. Witnessing a friend's botched nails and poor customer service, I decided to leave before they could ruin my nails as well. They overcharged me and provided a terrible experience.
