The salon operates with only two employees, leading to long wait times. Tracy's impatience is evident, and the nail technician's work was subpar with crooked nails and uneven polish. Witnessing a friend's botched nails and poor customer service, I decided to leave before they could ruin my nails as well. They overcharged me and provided a terrible experience. Avoid this salon at all costs.
Recently had my nail removal appointment turn into a heated dispute with the salon owner. Despite informing him of my sensitive finger, he still applied excessive pressure, causing me pain. When I addressed the issue, he became defensive and aggressive. Despite attempts to defuse the situation by Tracey, I was ultimately asked to leave without any apology. I will not be returning to that salon.
Firstly, I specifically requested a pink Gel full set but received glow-in-the-dark acrylic instead, which was not what I wanted. I was charged $38 for a service that should have cost $20. To make matters worse, three of my nails fell off just four days after getting them done. This salon is a complete rip-off, and Tracy's attitude only adds to the disappointment.
