Avoid getting lash extensions here! It was my first visit. I asked for refills as my regular lash specialist couldn't fit me in until Saturday, so this place was suggested. The refill took a whopping 2 and a half hours! She attached an eyelash well above the lash line and left a noticeable gap on my left eye. When I requested a correction, she proceeded to mistakenly attach my top lashes to my bottom ones! In an attempt to separate them, she struggled to cut them free, and when that failed, she used a sharp plastic tool meant for glue removal and accidentally poked my eye wide open!!! That was the final straw. I stood up, separated the lashes myself, paid, and left. She never rectified the lashes or removed the one placed above the lash line. Oh, did I mention that after getting wax on my lashes, she trimmed them down???!!! My left eyelashes are a disaster! The right ones are somewhat salvageable because more of the original lashes were left. I look like a complete mess. Now I'll have to visit my regular specialist and pay again to fix this catastrophe. Absolutely dreadful!!!!
