Marissa is truly exceptional. My sons only feel comfortable with her handling their hair... they have high standards, and we've finally found someone who understands how to work with their hair.
As an entrepreneur Marissa is dreadful! Fortunately, I never allowed her to style my hair, but I leased the petite cabin connected to the establishment for a few months. She was completely dishonest and unhelpful. Her colleague in the store is extremely unprofessional and intrusive, mail was either tampered with or simply not delivered to me. Her husband was pleasant, but she is sly and exploited my roommate and me. Additionally, she hires and exploits undocumented individuals for inexpensive labor.
They are extremely welcoming and do a fantastic job with our hair. My spouse and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in Harlingen for our hair care needs!
