Had an appointment with Alex today for a trim and style. It was an amazing experience. Alex was friendly and understood my vision perfectly. I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. I truly felt valued and respected!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sam really needs to work on her communication and customer service skills, in addition to possibly revisiting cosmetology training. It's absurd that the service we agreed on, especially after a successful test strand, was completely disregarded with a slew of excuses that contradicted each other. My daughter came home in tears after her first salon visit.
Absolutely terrible haircut by Sam 😞 I spent ages there just for a simple trim and she ended up cutting way more than I asked for. She just kept snipping away. I requested just below my shoulders and she went up to my ears. I left feeling like a little boy and really unhappy. No one should leave the salon feeling unattractive. I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews and gone elsewhere. Thankfully, my usual stylist back home will fix this disaster for free. She also nearly shaved off my "tail" without asking. My hair is now uneven, despite what the photos show. I also requested my bangs above my eyebrows and she left them right at the brows, questioning me repeatedly. Now I have to fix them myself. I paid $50, I shouldn't have to clean up after Sam's mistakes.
