Despite negative reviews from a viral video, I must say the staff here is exceptional. I've been a loyal customer for years and always receive excellent service. The owners and employees treat me and my referrals with utmost respect. Iris, in particular, goes above and beyond as a nail technician.
I had high hopes for this establishment. Kathy did my nails twice before and she was fantastic. However, my pedicure today by IRIS was a nightmare. She was rough and caused an infection. I can't make it back today due to Maundy Thursday church service. Now I have a bandaged toe for Easter weekend. All I wanted was a refund, but I was rudely hung up on.
This team is truly outstanding! Cindy's color work is like magic, showcasing her unique style and creativity. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service.
