I purchased a gift card for Valentine's Day from this establishment for my partner. Upon entering, I noticed the salon was bustling with activity, a positive sign. Despite the busyness, the stylist attending to me paused their work to provide exceptional service.

Part 1 of 2 review - I had a consultation for Botox & filler scheduled with Riley. I’ve never had any cosmetic injections or work done prior. First impressions are EVERYTHING to me, hence this being my 2nd office I checked out before making my decision. One things for sure, two things for certain, the first spa I went to, I immediately didn’t like how I was greeted and spoke to like I was interrupting their day by trying to gain information for a appt. (Not Lebo) but another location in the same area. When I walked into Lebo, it was first thing in the morning, I was greeted by every single person who walked by me with a smile & a kind gesture. I knew immediately I liked this office and the people representing it. Everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly kind! I felt so comfortable. My consultation was amazing! Riley answered every single question I had & reassured me several times that being nervous is a normal thing when doing this initially. She throughly explained every single detail to me, without any pressure of being rushed. Procedure, cost, preparation, aftercare, long term care, and risks. Something that stuck out to me with Riley in particular is she said to me “I will not over inject someone, if I feel it is too soon or too much. They have the right to make their decisions for their body but I have the right to decline if I feel it’s in their best interest.” That made me feel so secure and safe with her! It’s rare now-a-days you come across anyone in general that truly has your best interest at heart and in mind without looking at the profitable and monetary gain of things. She was authentic & professional! She explained everything to me on how I could actually save money! I ended up joining their VIP program & set my appointment to follow through with the procedure that day! I have since recommended Lebo to anyone I have talked to about injections! I am so excited! I will complete part 2 of my review after my injections! However if it’s anything like my initial impression of the office, it’ll be another 5 star review?
