The most fantastic store I've visited in years! I had a disappointing experience at a salon in Columbia and reached out to Hair Haven last minute for help. LaSonia kindly agreed to fit me in on the same day, which was truly a godsend. She stayed late and was incredibly compassionate as I reacted emotionally to the condition of my hair, which had been severely damaged, broken, matted, and more due to a previous incident! LaSonia worked tirelessly from 7:45 pm until midnight, going above and beyond. She softened my hair, explained each treatment, trimmed the damaged sections, colored my hair, and styled it into twists! Her dedication was remarkable. My natural hair looks amazing now, giving me the confidence to move forward. The salon itself is stunningly decorated with a beautiful chandelier and top-notch equipment. I was truly amazed and will definitely be returning in a few weeks. LaSonia is truly gifted!
