The proprietor is exceptionally kind. Always ready to assist when I'm unable to locate something. His pricing is fair.
I purchased a pair of Wahl Cordless Detailers for $199. Upon returning home to test them, I discovered the box was covered in oil and there were hair remnants on the clippers. The packaging was in poor shape, and the clippers were not even wrapped in plastic. I was sold pre-owned clippers with hair residue for $200. The owner declined to offer a discount, leading to a 30-minute dispute before reluctantly issuing a refund. However, I was informed that it would take another 2 weeks for the funds to be returned to my account. The establishment lacks organization, and both the customer service and product quality were subpar. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PATRONIZING!
Youthful (the proprietor) is consistently welcoming! Not only does this establishment boast an excellent variety, but the prices are budget-friendly. I make the journey from Hanahan to this locale due to the quality products and exceptional customer care. It's the sole Beauty Supply store I frequent.
