I came in to get my nails filled and 2 nails fixed! I had a good experience while I was there but the total was a bit expensive!! I paid $70 but not even a week later I woke up to my pinky nail gone and then the next day my index finger nail broke! Next my middle finger broke. I was baffled! My nails have never broken so soon and I had my daughter’s dance convention to go to! So I went to the shop early in the morning before they opened and waited! About 9:36 the shop finally opened and I talked to Nancy about what happened! She said she couldn’t fix them because she had no workers and had to open another shop! I left disappointed and promised that I would warn others not to come to this shop EVER! Too expensive and the work is very POOR! Before this happened I was going to pay at least $100 for my nails for Nicki Minaj tour but there is no way I will ever go back to this establishment!!! To get to Phenix Salon Suites at Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, VA 23666 by public transport, take bus number 104 from your location to the Peninsula Town Center stop, then walk to 1431 Merchant Ln. If driving, head towards Peninsula Town Center via I-64 and take exit 263B onto Coliseum Dr, then turn onto Merchant Ln to reach the salon.
