I truly enjoy the experience at our salon, providing excellent service in a well-organized and clean environment. Manicures and pedicures are among the favorites here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE! UNSANITARY! **** THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED AND BUSINESS SHUT DOWN! Upon arrival, I was the first customer but had to wait for an hour as only one staff member was available. The owner, Isabel, asked me to wait while she ran errands and returned 30 minutes later with a smoothie!!!! I requested my hair to be layered and trimmed, but the Colombian stylist (avoid her!) disregarded my instructions. She cut off about 7 inches when I specifically asked for no more than 3 inches due to my curly hair shrinking. My hair lacks layers, and she finished the cut in about 2 minutes without fixing my bangs or ends, leaving my hair looking like a wig. The acrylic nails were equally appalling as they did not sterilize their tools and reused orange sticks. I skipped the paint job to save time, spending a total of 4 hours due to understaffing and lack of skill. To add insult to injury, I was charged an extra $50 for styling my hair poorly! A week later, I discovered fungus on my nails after removing the acrylics. A NIGHTMARE experience! I strongly recommend Maggie's Nail Salon across the street and L & A Salon by Francescas instead.
