I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but my experience at this establishment was overwhelmingly negative. Initially, my first two appointments were repeatedly rescheduled due to the practitioner being on vacation or out of the office. This frequent rescheduling caused significant delays, extending the timeframe for successful laser hair removal far beyond what was initially agreed upon. Moreover, I did not observe any noticeable improvements from the procedures. Frustrated by the lack of progress and the constant need to adjust my appointments to accommodate their scheduling conflicts, I made the decision to discontinue my visits. Subsequently, I reached out for a refund for the unused sessions after two years of no contact, only to be denied. I cannot recommend this establishment.
