I had a wedding and work event to attend so I booked with one of the owners to ensure my hair looked perfect. I left looking worse than when I sat down. I understand mistakes happen but she washed, dried, and styled my hair without mentioning the banding and bleeding her highlights caused. I'll post the photos below.
