I visited the salon for a pedicure and eyebrow shaping, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The quality of service has significantly declined. The staff members were loudly chatting amongst themselves, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere for clients. There was a lack of respect shown towards customers, as they didn't even acknowledge or thank me when I left a tip. Overall, it's become a terrible place to visit now!
I visited this salon to have my eyebrows shaped after letting them grow out for a while. Unfortunately, the technician did a poor job! One eyebrow ended up thicker than the other, and she removed too much hair in one area. When I questioned her about it, she tried to brush it off by saying I must have something in my eye. I insisted that she made it too thin, but she just laughed it off. The service was terrible, and I have no intention of returning.
Hello, I just came back from the salon. When I inquired about the wait time to get my eyebrows done first, the receptionist was a bit aggressive and mentioned that if I left and returned, they wouldn't accommodate me. Once I sat down, the technician was friendly and worked quickly. I specified that I wanted a solid color gel set, which she quoted at 53 dollars. However, my concern arose when, after consulting with a colleague, she decided that due to the shape and length of my natural nail beds, she needed to charge me more for the extra work. Even though my nails were of medium stiletto shape, she claimed my hands were too large, making it more labor-intensive. I found this unfair, especially since it was not disclosed or advertised anywhere. The additional charges were 5 for the shape and 10 for the length, totaling 78. After including the credit card fee, the final amount came to 80.54. Despite my dissatisfaction, I rounded the bill up to an even 100, well exceeding a 20% tip on the initial amount. However, the technician seemed displeased that I didn't make it 100.54 to give her a 20 tip. This made me feel uneasy, as the whole experience felt like a money grab rather than a genuine service. The nails were nice but not worth 100 dollars!
