I visited the salon for a lower leg waxing session with Bianca and received exceptional service. Kaylee, who provided great customer service, was also phenomenal. Both professionals were efficient yet thorough in their work. I visited the salon for a pedicure and eyebrow shaping, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The quality of service has significantly declined. The staff members were loudly chatting amongst themselves, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere for clients. There was a lack of respect shown towards customers, as they didn't even acknowledge or thank me when I left a tip.
