I visited the salon for a lower leg waxing session with Bianca and received exceptional service. Kaylee, who provided great customer service, was also phenomenal. Both professionals were efficient yet thorough in their work. Exemplary ambiance! I've been a patron of the Remarkable Michelle, Proprietress, for approximately a decade. Unwaveringly entrusting my tresses solely to her 💖 She also crafted whimsical hairstyles for my nieces, ranging from daring cuts to vibrant hues inspired by their beloved comic characters. She is undeniably exceptional! I visited the salon for a pedicure and eyebrow shaping, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The quality of service has significantly declined. The staff members were loudly chatting amongst themselves, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere for clients. There was a lack of respect shown towards customers, as they didn't even acknowledge or thank me when I left a tip.
