This salon is fantastic, with a charming and spotless ambiance. Juliet is my nail technician, and she is absolutely phenomenal! She is meticulous, creative, a perfectionist, and incredibly gentle. Not to mention, she is one of the most authentic and kind-hearted individuals I've ever met. Her positive energy is contagious. I've become a loyal customer!
If you want to avoid wasting $37 and 1 hour of your time, steer clear of this establishment. Hygiene is non-existent. Tools are not sanitized, staff step on pedicure towels with their shoes, and the nail work is sloppy with gel smeared all over the cuticles. I wouldn't return even in an emergency. It's a waste of time, money, and now I have to redo my nails.
Tracy and Taylor are both exceptional. Prices are reasonable, but the extra $15 for cuticle work seems unnecessary as that's usually included in a manicure. Nonetheless, they both do a fantastic job!
