Once you discover a stylist who excels in cutting, styling, coloring, or just tidying your hair to enhance your appearance, you won't seek elsewhere because you've found them at Hair Concepts. Every visit has seen at least four stylists available (with up to 12 seats). It's a straightforward setting, keeping costs competitive. Clients of various ages frequent the establishment, making it a convenient spot for men and boys seeking simple cuts too!
The service at this establishment is abysmal. My spouse recently visited, and the results were disastrous. Even I could discern the poor quality and advised her to request a correction. It was evident that the staff lacked expertise and failed to communicate their limitations. Despite her request for a different solution, they insisted she return. Moreover, they charged her for rectifying their initial mistake. In my view, this establishment is untrustworthy. Even the manager was unhelpful. If you lack proficiency in a task, do not deceive customers and subsequently overcharge them. Those who prioritize their hair's appearance should steer clear of Hair Concepts South Point. Note: Google required me to assign at least one star. They truly deserve none.
