Liz is among the finest Aestheticians I have encountered. She excels not only in talent, particularly with waxing but also in providing comprehensive information throughout the waxing process. I have never had such a smooth waxing appointment with no post-wax issues, a rarity. Her Spa exudes comfort, immediately putting me at ease. She is a kind individual who appears to have discovered her true calling. I highly, highly, highly recommend her!

OMG! Liz is exceptional, down-to-earth, flexible, and friendly. She takes immense pride in her work. She is content to work quietly while you use your phone or listen to music, yet she is engaging and a better 'therapist' than any hairdresser, in my opinion. (I wanted to be her best friend after my initial appointment) She prioritizes sanitation and cleanliness. Her shop is unique, just like her. I travel quite a distance to receive her services instead of going somewhere closer, which speaks volumes about her because I dislike driving.

I scheduled an appointment (first time waxing) and had inquiries. The individual messaging me mentioned they avoid making phone calls and solely communicate via text. My queries were personal and intimate, and I felt uneasy texting without knowing the recipient. I requested a call again, but it never happened, so I canceled my appointment. The experience was negative even before stepping into the salon.
