I've been a regular here for around a year for my eyebrow grooming. While I've generally enjoyed my visits, the recent experiences have been disappointing. Today, my eyebrows were done hastily, leaving my own hair scattered on my face. I even have an eyebrow hair poking into my eye that I can't seem to remove. The shape of my eyebrows is not as precise as I'd like, and it's quite frustrating. I'll be seeking services elsewhere from now on.
For more than seven years, Naima at Threading Oasis has been my go-to haven—a place that feels like a tranquil escape rather than a routine stop. The moment I walk in, I'm enveloped by a comforting, serene atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. The setting, complete with a calming aquarium and soothing tunes, provides the perfect respite from the daily chaos.

Nia and her team always greet me with such warmth and hospitality, making each visit a delightful experience. The quality of their services always surpasses my expectations.
