I typically don't leave reviews unless the service is exceptional or if I've had a negative experience. Unfortunately, the individuals at this salon were some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've encountered. Their behavior resembled that of high school students. If you're solely looking to get your nails done without considering the environment, then this place might suffice.
During my first visit for acrylics, the technician was decent, although she was a bit rough and kept pulling my skin. I sensed she may have been having a tough day, so I still decided to tip her. While getting my nails done, I overheard Ms. Bucktooth making disrespectful comments in Spanish about a client who couldn't understand her, but I could. She was loud and disrespectful.
On my second visit, despite the salon supposedly being open according to their online schedule, Ms. Bucktooth refused to provide service. I recommend exercising caution if you choose to visit this salon. The atmosphere is chaotic, and you deserve to have your nails done in a respectful environment. The proprietor maintains a very clean establishment and is very pleasant. The pricing is fair, and they offer beautiful designs.
