Absolute nightmare. I had gorgeous long locks. Showed her my vision, and she went scissor-happy and chopped EVERYTHING OFF. And if you think I'm kidding, I'll prove it with before, my request, and the disaster I got. I explicitly said no to short, and she gave me ultra-short. The longest "layer" is now the shortest in the picture I showed her! If I could rate zero stars, I WOULD.
