My sister and I had an amazing time at this salon! The staff was friendly, professional, and I highly recommend their services. Our technicians were accommodating and provided top-notch service.
The owner was having a rough day, but that's no excuse for the rude behavior. I politely asked for the excess gel to be cleaned off my nails, and she responded aggressively, saying she would do it later (which never happened). She then physically pushed me to choose a pedicure color while I was getting something from my bag and rushed me. Both her and the male employee were extremely impolite to clients and staff. It was an uncomfortable visit. I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it's necessary to warn others. My nails chipped after just 5 days, and the polish was messy around the cuticles.
I've been a loyal customer at this salon for almost 6 years now. I've tried other places, but nothing compares to the service here. The owner, Jessica, and her team always do an exceptional job! I usually opt for a gel manicure, which lasts about 3 weeks, and the pedicures are fantastic too. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch. My mom and friends also visit this salon and are always happy with the results. I highly recommend it!
