This quaint, tidy little establishment was a pleasant surprise. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The new nail technician, though skilled, was quite rough and had difficulty communicating in English. The owner seemed to be in a sour mood, resulting in the most unpleasant pedicure I've ever had. It's a shame, as my initial visit was fantastic.
