I frequently select a level 4 package, but often encounter malfunctioning beds. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to pay extra for an upgrade due to equipment issues. As a loyal member who visits multiple times a week, I believe I should be accommodated without a $2 upcharge for any inconvenience. The individual at the front desk today lacked both personality and customer service, showing no remorse, only displaying an indifferent "not my problem" attitude.
This place is fantastic! The beds are consistently clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the complimentary mints, hair ties, and wet wipes are a delightful added bonus!
I had an amazing experience at Tropical Tan for my wedding spray tan. The service was exceptional, and the spray tan gave me a natural bridal glow. I highly recommend them for any special event.
