I was truly satisfied with the service I received. I had an appointment for a manicure, but my technician called in sick. They managed to fit me in. I believe his name was Michael had some extra time available and he did my manicure. He did a fantastic job, and I was delighted to have my nails done. I have been a patron of Diamond Nails for many years and have always been pleased. The receptionist was very kind. They were both very accommodating and attentive.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Alex who styled my hair was phenomenal! Initially, my hair looked stunning, but now, just 4 days later, the color has faded significantly. The highlights are barely visible, and even the red hue has faded. I'm quite disappointed to have spent $237 for my hair to fade this rapidly.
Being a first-time visitor, it left a negative impression when there was confusion about my appointment. I had a scheduled time at 10 am. They canceled it and rescheduled it for 3:30 pm without consulting me. Upon my arrival, they claimed to have called me. I checked my phone but found no missed calls. One mentioned that Sarah might be able to attend to me as she was available at 10 am. Another staff member returned and stated that she wouldn't be available until 3:30 pm. It was disheartening to see how new clients are handled here.
