I’m leaving a two-star review because I adored the shape of my almond nails. It's been 3 weeks, yet my nails are coming off like press-ons. Absolutely AMAZING salon! I've been going to Taylor for over 15 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair needs. I was truly satisfied with the service I received. I had an appointment for a manicure, but my technician called in sick. They managed to fit me in. I believe his name was Michael had some extra time available and he did my manicure. He did a fantastic job, and I was delighted to have my nails done. I have been a patron of Diamond Nails for many years and have always been pleased. The receptionist was very kind. I frequently select a level 4 package, but often encounter malfunctioning beds. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to pay extra for an upgrade due to equipment issues. As a loyal member who visits multiple times a week, I believe I should be accommodated without a $2 upcharge for any inconvenience.
