My experience here was truly disappointing. I requested a set of nails in a nude or brown shade, but no cuticle work was performed, and the outcome was unsatisfactory. The technician attempted to charge me for a gel set without prior discussion. When I declined and asked for clear polish instead, she abruptly left in a fit of anger. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a grown individual, especially considering my calm demeanor throughout the interaction.
I cannot recall the name of the nail technician who served me, but her work was outstanding. She consistently ensured my satisfaction and even offered to accommodate any preferences I had. Engaging in conversation, she inquired about our visit, not only addressing me but also including my boyfriend. The pricing is reasonable, and I am certain that I will return to Posh Salon for future nail services.
What a delightful discovery this place was! We, a group of 4, enjoyed pedicures together. We were promptly seated upon arrival, and the massage was absolutely fantastic! The range of polish colors was impressive, and I am thrilled with the final result. Although we are visitors from another state, I can confidently say that this will be our preferred spot on future visits. Exceptional service all around!
