My experience here was truly disappointing. I requested a set of nails in a nude or brown shade, but no cuticle work was performed, and the outcome was unsatisfactory. The technician attempted to charge me for a gel set without prior discussion. When I declined and asked for clear polish instead, she abruptly left in a fit of anger. I came across this place while visiting another establishment. It used to be a Dairy Queen. I had an amazing experience; Kai significantly improved my shoulder mobility.
