This place is a disaster. I was assigned to the older gentleman. He was rough and disrespectful, constantly tugging at my hand. Not a word spoken, just pure rudeness. I paid $35 for a manicure that looked horrendous, but I was so eager to escape his grasp that I didn't even complain. Then, a polish change on my toes turned into a nightmare. He filed my skin, leaving it sore, and used the drill so aggressively it felt like it was burning through my nail. $70 wasted on terrible treatment and a messy outcome. Avoid this place at all costs. It's no wonder it's always empty.
I visited last week and now three of my nails have fallen off. I shelled out 120 for two sets that were subpar at best. The design I requested was messy, with crooked lines. Gel polish smeared all over my cuticles, causing it to peel off. The technician seemed distracted and careless, even getting nail glue all over my fingers.
The staff here is top-notch - professional and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming, and they use premium products. I've been a loyal customer for months, and my nails have never looked better.
