This place is a disaster. I was assigned to the older gentleman. He was rough and disrespectful, constantly tugging at my hand. Not a word spoken, just pure rudeness. I paid $35 for a manicure that looked horrendous, but I was so eager to escape his grasp that I didn't even complain. Then, a polish change on my toes turned into a nightmare. He filed my skin, leaving it sore, and used the drill so aggressively it felt like it was burning through my nail. $70 wasted on terrible treatment and a messy outcome. Avoid this place at all costs.
