Lauren is incredibly unprofessional as a nail technician. I hold a valid nail tech license and she did my friend's nails which turned out terribly. I reached out to her on behalf of my friend as she had been blocked. Initially, she agreed to refund my friend for the services but later changed her mind. She justified the poor quality by stating that's how she does nails and that the price is $35. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be redoing and fixing my friend's nails. If there was a rating lower than zero, she would definitely receive it.
