Lauren is incredibly unprofessional as a nail technician. I hold a valid nail tech license and she did my friend's nails which turned out terribly. I reached out to her on behalf of my friend as she had been blocked. Initially, she agreed to refund my friend for the services but later changed her mind. She justified the poor quality by stating that's how she does nails and that the price is $35. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be redoing and fixing my friend's nails. If there was a rating lower than zero, she would definitely receive it. It's unbelievable to let a client leave the salon with such poorly done nails!
The salon has a really chill atmosphere. It's relaxing and beautifully decorated. I'm satisfied with my new hairstyle. My only issue is that I was never turned towards the mirror during the 3-hour cut and color session. I would have liked to see the progress. It's a big change for me to have very short hair, but I think I'm going to like it. Just need some time to get used to it. Iris was very kind, but I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the process.
