Lauren is incredibly unprofessional as a nail technician. I hold a valid nail tech license and she did my friend's nails which turned out terribly. I reached out to her on behalf of my friend as she had been blocked. Initially, she agreed to refund my friend for the services but later changed her mind. She justified the poor quality by stating that's how she does nails and that the price is $35. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be redoing and fixing my friend's nails. If there was a rating lower than zero, she would definitely receive it. I came in for acrylics and a basic pedicure but ended up pleasantly surprised! I had never experienced a dry pedicure before, so I was initially hesitant when I didn't see the usual tubs, but it was fantastic! My toe cuticles have never looked better, and Tonya's attention to detail in painting my toes was exceptional. Moving on to the nails, I requested to have my acrylics removed for a new set, only to discover they only offer gel, which was a first for me. I chose a soft pink with a high arch French design, and Tonya executed it perfectly. I usually avoid getting my nails done because more often than not, I don't get what I pay for, but this session was definitely worth it! The salon was clean, and all the tools were properly sanitized. Nikki is absolutely fantastic! She revived my neglected blonde hair after 5 months. The salon has a charming atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
