When I first came here in May or June of 2021, I was in poor health. I came across a post on social media about this place and decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed. Casey and Harper are amazing. They offer a wide range of options for nutritious meals to help you regain your health. It's the best spot in Grove, Oklahoma to visit for this purpose. Even if you have to travel an hour to get there, it's worth it. They have various programs and resources to help you stay on the right path. Once you try their shakes, you'll be hooked. From regular shakes to specialty shakes like Lava Shakes and the Friday Special Shakes, they have it all. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is inviting.
