I visited for a trim on a Bob cut. Attitude arose when I requested a specific way of parting, with layers on one side when brought back. As an alleged expert, she should know that cutting between fingers while flipping it up creates the desired layering effect. I usually don't disclose my knowledge, having taught advanced hair classes for years, but had to mention it due to the attitude.
Utterly dissatisfied. Great Clips has been my preferred choice for a while, yielding satisfactory results. It's disheartening to witness a decline in service quality. I requested my usual simple cut (1 on the sides and a finger-length scissor cut on top). The stylist (name escapes me) scissored one side but neglected the other. The oversight went unnoticed until after I left, as the uncut side was concealed by combing it over. Additionally, the fade from short to long hair was poorly executed, resulting in an unsightly look. The once "Great" Clips seems to have lost its touch.
They did an exceptional job. I used to pay my barber $60, but at Great Clips, I received a superior cut for half the price. A definite 5-star experience.
