This establishment will be missed. It was a fantastic place, but now that I have relocated, I am unable to frequent it. I am on the lookout for a new place in my vicinity, but if I ever find myself in Connecticut, I will definitely pay a visit. Any recommendations for places in my current area?
Ventured there for a try and it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. The individual attending to me was kind and had a knack for massage. I am inclined to return in the future. The pricing displayed online seems accurate, although not significantly different.
All my previous visits and massages here were positive until today. I requested a 90-minute massage, but was informed they could only accommodate 60 minutes. I agreed to the 60-minute session. Midway through, they suddenly had availability for the full 90 minutes and I agreed to the extension. However, upon completion, I was charged for the entire 90-minute session instead of just the additional time. The owner intervened, claiming I had not paid for the initial 60-minute massage, despite my payment. Disappointing service from Blue Ocean Therapy. You have lost a customer as of today.
