The Retreat creates a sense of complete detachment from reality. It's truly enchanting to step into a shop on a bustling avenue and not be affected by the outside world. Beatrice leads an exceptional team that ensures your comfort throughout not only your treatment, but your entire time in the establishment. Everyone is warm, eager to connect with you, and manages to do so while making you feel like you're on a staycation in your own neighborhood. My manicure with Camila was outstanding! I've never experienced such care during a nail service. Camila was incredibly meticulous and transformed my nails even before the polish was applied. I'm excited to return for more services. The Retreat is a hidden treasure in Grosse Pointe and we are fortunate to have them!
I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Kelsey takes manicures to a whole new level. She pays attention to detail and my nails have never been in better shape!
Highly suggest! Beatrice did a fantastic job on my haircut and scalp massage. Camila did my nails. I adore the Retreat Nearby. It's THE spot for self-pampering.
