I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for nearly 5 years, and I am always impressed by the excellent service. The staff is consistently friendly, and they offer a wide range of nail colors to choose from. The shop is consistently clean and well-maintained. Initially, when I started coming here, the owner, Mimi, used to do my nails, and I absolutely adored her work. However, post-Covid, the ownership has changed, and now Lena takes care of my nails, and I am equally delighted with her service. Tim also does a great job occasionally.
I visited this salon for the first time today, and I was blown away by the professional and relaxing experience. Lena took care of everything, from giving me a full set to a wax pedicure. My feet were in rough shape, but Lena worked her magic and transformed them! I am now a loyal customer, especially since the salon is just a short 15-minute drive from my house.
My nails were completely ruined during my recent visit! I simply requested a Soak Off service for my acrylic nails that I had done at a salon in another state. Instead of soaking off the acrylic, they used a drill to file it down, causing significant damage to my nail beds. Several of my nails are now extremely thin, to the point where it was painful and uncomfortable. I had to stop them at one point because it was becoming unbearable. I initially thought it was just one nail, but upon closer inspection at home, I realized the extent of the damage. I shouldn't have to remind technicians to handle my nails with care; they should be aware of proper procedures. It seems that you get what you pay for with a $10 service... It will take months for my nails to recover, and they are currently in pain. I don't frequent salons often, but I will no longer trust others with my nails.
