This was my first time here for a fill and gel polish. Jace/Jason did a fantastic job!! My granddaughter had a specific picture in mind, and he executed it flawlessly! Check out the photos of the final result! Absolutely adorable!! We will definitely be returning! We selected this salon based on its stellar ratings, and it did not disappoint!
The service was satisfactory, but unfortunately, they did not fulfill our request. My granddaughter had requested French tips. I had made it explicitly clear when booking the appointment, and reiterated it several times during the visit. As you can see in the picture, she did not receive what she desired. Moreover, the price I was quoted at the time of booking was nearly $80 less than what I was charged. Both my granddaughter and I had a manicure and pedicure.
This was my inaugural visit, and I am certain I will be returning! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed with a smile and a cheerful greeting. The next steps were clearly explained, and there was a plethora of vibrant colors to choose from. I was offered a selection of beverages. Kami provided excellent service! She was amiable, skilled at her craft, and meticulous. I opted for the Milk and Honey Pedicure. My legs and feet now feel incredibly smooth, nourished, and indulged ❤️ As someone who values customer experience and hygiene, especially at a nail salon, I can confidently say that all my expectations were met. Thank you!
