The second stylist I had previously encountered ended up cutting my hair incorrectly after deeming my desired style as unflattering. Hence, I declined her service. The third stylist inquired about the desired length for my daughter's hair, to which I specified collarbone length. She informed me that the fourth stylist would have to handle it without providing a rationale. This left me feeling frustrated. The fourth and final stylist eventually called a name and, to my surprise, it was not my daughter's turn. When another individual who arrived after my daughter proceeded to go with her, I was taken aback and sought an explanation. The stylist mentioned it was due to the group policy of attending to all members before taking on new clients. Consequently, I waited for an hour. Subsequently, my daughter received a notably uneven haircut, and the blame was shifted onto my child for not sitting still. During checkout, their payment machine malfunctioned. They informed us that card payments were no longer accepted and advised me to utilize the ATM in the parking lot. Reluctantly, I used the ATM and was charged $3.00. I politely inquired if a discount could be applied to my daughter's haircut to account for the ATM fee, given that I had not planned on using it initially.
