I had a pleasant experience at the salon. Despite being told they were closed, they still accommodated me and did my hair efficiently. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. I will definitely return for future hair appointments. Thank you!
I had a disappointing experience at Fatima's salon. Despite being a loyal customer, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. I waited for over an hour just to have two braids done, and when I requested a different style, Fatima became upset. She proceeded to talk about me in a disrespectful manner and displayed a poor attitude. I will not be returning to her salon and would caution others against patronizing her business.
Fatima and her sisters are hardworking and courteous individuals. The service was excellent, and I am very happy with my braids. The salon has a positive vibe, and I enjoyed engaging in conversations with the stylists and other clients. I will certainly be returning with my children and recommending this salon to my loved ones!
